Maintenance Technician

Then our newly-expanded, 375+ unit luxury apartment community could use your help! Viking Lakes Residences is currently seeking a maintenance technician to add to our hardworking team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day maintenance operations by performing inspections, preventative maintenance, general repair and service coordination with standards that meet our residents’ high expectations. Our Maintenance Technician will display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, cleaning and being a team player. MV Ventures is a growing real estate developer, and as the portfolio expands, so too will the expectations and future opportunities for this position.
