Commercial Maintenance Technician

MV Ventures is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and dependable candidate to join our team as a Commercial Maintenance Technician focused on our portfolio’s commercial properties. This individual will be responsible for supporting day-to-day facility maintenance operations across five (5) existing commercial properties from Eden Prairie to Eagan. The ideal candidate will display strong problem solving, communication and leadership skills, with a solid understanding of building maintenance, building automation systems, general repairs, troubleshooting, refurbishments, cleaning and staff training. This position will also periodically support our residential maintenance operations and assist with the growth of our property management teams.
