Join us for a dynamic afternoon of lunch, networking, inspiration, and optional movement!
In a world of increasing demands, women professionals are craving space to reset, reconnect, and reenergize. This event is designed to blend personal development, leadership insights, and joyful movement to foster growth, well-being, and connection.
In this 40-minute high-impact talk, Tiffany Mattick will deliver a fresh perspective on resilience, energy management, and personal alignment. Blending real-life stories, practical tools, and inspiration, participants will be invited to pause, reflect, and identify the shifts they need to make to feel more grounded, joyful, and effective — both at work and in life.
The session will close with a 10-minute panel discussion featuring two local Chamber women, offering their own insights and lessons on grit and growth. Afterward, attendees will have the opportunity to connect and continue the fun on the pickleball court.
