RABC - Senior Housing Project Discussion

About the Projects
Rosemount Family Living has submitted a proposal to construct 90 units of private assisted living and memory care senior housing on the site of the former St. Joseph’s School at the southwest corner of 143^rd Street and South Robert Trail.  With the project, the City will construct a 5,000 square foot activity center that will connect the Steeple Center with the new senior housing.
 
The Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) has submitted a proposal to construct 60 units of public affordable senior housing on the site of the former Genz Ryan at the southwest corner of Lower 147^th Street and South Robert Trail.
