With the project\, the City will construct a 5\,000 square foot activity center that will connect the Steeple Center with the new senior housing.\n\n \n\nThe Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) has submitted a proposal to construct 60 units of public affordable senior housing on the site of the former Genz Ryan at the southwest corner of Lower 147th Street and South Robert Trail.
