About the Projects
Rosemount Family Living has submitted a proposal to construct 90 units of private assisted living and memory care senior housing on the site of the former St. Joseph’s School at the southwest corner of 143rd Street and South Robert Trail. With the project, the City will construct a 5,000 square foot activity center that will connect the Steeple Center with the new senior housing.
The Dakota County Community Development Agency (CDA) has submitted a proposal to construct 60 units of public affordable senior housing on the site of the former Genz Ryan at the southwest corner of Lower 147th Street and South Robert Trail.
