Le Cordon Bleu campuses feature on-campus, open-to-the-public restaurants named Technique. Each Technique restaurant is run by the students, who prepare and serve the meals.

The name Technique reflects our philosophy: simple, elegant menus inspired by classic techniques. Technique features fine cookery prepared with the finest ingredients obtained from high quality, sustainable sources. All aspects of preparation and foodservice are performed by our student cooks and servers under the guidance of an on-site chef instructor.
