Do you have high school students entering your workplace as employees or interns? Could they benefit from some training on necessary workplace skills? Would the help of a Human Resources professional be of benefit to your employees?
If so, on Thursday, June 22nd from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m., Burnsville Promise partners are offering a FREE training session for young employees. The session will be held in the College and Career Center at Burnsville High School.
The seminar will:
• Address the many types of soft skills.
• Share the importance of meeting workplace expectations.
• Teach students through role playing and a variety of scenarios how to handle workplace situations.
• Provide students to work as a team.
