The session will be held in the College and Career Center at Burnsville High School.\n\n\n\nThe seminar will:\n\n Address the many types of soft skills.\n\n Share the importance of meeting workplace expectations.\n\n Teach students through role playing and a variety of scenarios how to handle workplace situations.\n\n Provide students to work as a team.\n\n\n\nOur presenter is Hanane Kachman\, Workforce Development Consultant at Fairview Health Services. She has over 14 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and talent acquisition. Kachman has experience with sourcing and connecting with a variety of candidates of all ages and facilitates and presents at new employee orientations. She also works with StepUp in Minneapolis on screening\, interviewing and training interns at the high school level.\n\n\n\nIf you have high school aged employees that you would like to have attend this employee training session\, please click here to register.
