I grew up in Eagan in an entrepreneurial family. My family owned a marina, and my stepmom ran an HR Executive Search firm. I worked at the marina, helped with resumes, and contributed to building homes, including "The Castle" on Galaxie. After graduating from Rosemount HS, I attended the University of Minnesota and served 10 years in the Marine Corps. I became a Marine One Crewchief, flying President Clinton around the world. Returning to Eagan, I worked at Thomson Reuters, Securian Financial, and eventually led Western Graphics. Later, I moved to California and became an EOS implementer, creating the Spearpoint Executive Ecosystem to help businesses grow from $5M to $100M+. After my stepmom passed away, I returned to support my father and focus on helping Eagan and Dakota County thrive. I'm an active member of the Eagan Rotary and Dakota Chamber of Commerce.
