Located in the Village at Mendota Heights, The Pilates Loft is independently owned and operated. We offer small group classes in Pilates reformer, strength training, barre, cardio, and fascial release. With class sizes limited to 7, we emphasize form with a personal approach giving you the best results you can get.

We are your home for STOTT PILATES® and all things related to fitness using proper body mechanics that stem from Pilates. Our goal is to deliver authentic Pilates in an intimate setting where our clients will be able to strengthen, transform, and restore. The Pilates Loft is run by a team of Nationally Certified STOTT PILATES® instructors. We have come together to deliver the Pilates Method as it is intended. We do contemporary Pilates repertoire, but also work to integrate the Pilates Method into strength, cardio, and fascial release techniques to increase spinal stability and mobility, muscle lengthening, strengthening, and balance. Our promise to you is to deliver a safe and personal approach that delivers results for your body. We know you will like it here and we know that we will love you. At the Pilates Loft we want to get to know you, we want you to get to know us, and we want you to feel like this is where you belong. We are fun, collaborative, approachable, and we know the human body.
