About Us

Let us introduce ourselves, we are Omar & Ryanne Rubio, your local Dog Behavioral Therapists & Trainers! We are passionate about our work with dogs and creating lasting results for our clients! We will take the time to get to know you, your family, and your specific needs when it comes to training your dog. We help you achieve the pack leader role in your pack/family by incorporating Patience and the 4 C’S: Calmness, Confidence, Consistency, and Communication.

For the last several years we've been small business owner working with clients in Lakeville, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Rosemount, Farmington and throughout the Dakota County region.

We empower dog owners with simple, effective, time-efficient, and cruelty-free techniques (no shock collars, no prong collars, no physical punishments) that will work alongside our dog’s natural instincts. Our methods (Speaking Dog) are based on how dogs naturally communicate, your dog already understands these methods. You will see significant changes within your dog’s behavioral attitude during your first lesson alone. We can help you develop mutual trust and respect as well as developing/strengthening the bond between you and your dog.

We are trained and certified Dog Trainers and Behavioral Therapists by the best dog trainers in the world. We have completed course work in dog behavior & dog psychology and are continuously learning and growing through our Bark Busters mentorship program. In addition, we are certified through the American Kennel Club (AKC) as Canine Good Citizen Evaluators.
