About Us

Helping people feel better in their bodies has always been my passion. With a strong foundation in movement and healing, I combine hands-on bodywork with holistic approaches that support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being.
My experience includes working as a physical therapist assistant, also a certified massage therapist, and a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Transformational Nutrition (ITN) since 2015, specializing in autoimmune conditions. My goal is to empower clients to feel their best—through personalized care, education, and simple, sustainable habits that make a difference every day.
During my many years working as a Physical Therapist Assistant, I primarily served the senior population, helping clients improve strength, mobility, and balance through customized programs that reduce pain and enhance daily function. I truly enjoy making movement accessible and enjoyable for all ages.
I pursue ongoing training in bodywork several times each year to deepen my skills and expand the ways I can support clients’ mobility, comfort, and overall wellness.
A lifelong Minnesotan, I love experiencing all four seasons outdoors—whether it’s kayaking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or exploring nature with my dog, Chucho. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying the outdoors, discovering vintage treasures, or creating art.
