"You're Not a Coach Just Because They Gave You a Whistle" is a skill building seminar designed to help leaders "coach" people to high levels of productivity in a respectful working climate. It is based on the premise that leadership is the decisive element in creating an environment that fosters teamwork, increases workplace morale and maximizes teamwork and job satisfaction. It is positive and upbeat and filled with practical ideas that can be appplied both on and off the job.
This semianr is offered at no cost to organizations in the Eagan area.
