Long-time Eagan resident, Victor Salamone, is bringing a well-deserved vibrant and stylish dining and drink experience to the community. The menu is a pit-master’s take on an eclectic mix of global flavors, featuring the delectable Famous Filet Mignon Sandwich, Lamb Lollies, Vietnamese Pork Belly, and the classic Nana’s Meatballs.
