The St. Thomas Family Business Center invites business families to a panel discussion on preparing the next generation of family members to own the business. Hear from members of the fourth generation of family-owned and operated Marvin Windows and Doors about how they are preparing for their future roles as owners. Learn how and when they started preparing to own the company, what their ownership structure looks like and which tools they use to prepare for ownership.
