Potbelly is celebrating it's seventh year in Eagan!  Store managers Steve and Dacia invite you to come join us for a anniversary ribbon cutting ceremony at 4 pm on Wednesday, April 2 at the Eagan shop location, 1298 Promenade Place (across the parking lot from Byerlys).  Stop by and let your neighborhood team of sandwich experts take care of dinner!
