Learn How to Empower Your Workforce Through Multicultural Leadership

In collaboration with Dakota County Technical College (DCTC) in Rosemount, the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce is proud to share exciting news about the DEED grant from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.

This grant fully funds coursework in Multicultural Supervision for DCR Chamber member businesses and organizations.

Program Highlights:

✅ Up to 17 credit hours

✅ Choose any or all of the 17 courses

✅ Receive a certificate in Multicultural Supervision

✅ Courses available in-person and online

✅ Ideal for leaders, supervisors, and HR professionals

✅ FREE TRAINING for DCR members ($4200 value)

Topics Include:

• Multicultural Mentoring
• Managing Diversity in International Business
• Leading a Multicultural Workforce
• Multicultural Conflict Resolution

Led by Dr. Harold Torrence, a recognized expert in multicultural leadership development and the architect behind DCTC’s certificate program.
