The Eagan & Lakeville Resource Centers is a nonprofit organization committed to serving those in need  in Dakota County through our two food shelves The Pantry, in Eagan and Lakeville, our Mobile Pantry (currently serving Apple Valley), our Garden To Table program (client families to grow their own fresh, wholesome foods) and we provide resource referral and community information from our trained volunteer family advocates. We serve over 1,000 families each month. Forty‐nine percent of people served are children.
