About the Speaker
With a unique blend of significant real world experience and a deep foundation of organizational research, Dr. Jim Bohn has been leading teams to award winning success for over 20 years. He was formerly the Global Director of the Change Management Office at Johnson Controls. He has personally led the transformation of multiple underperforming teams to achieve award-winning levels of success. He has facilitated transformation sessions with upper level executives. Dr. Bohn has been published in academic journals and was interviewed by Business Week in 2008. He is a Master Facilitator and has led scores of workshops with a variety of audiences. As a leader, Dr. Bohn has led significant change management projects including IT implementations, mergers and reorganizations.
