Argosy University: Community Conversations: Getting Along in the Workplace
Getting Along in the Workplace
This conversation will cover the different personalities present in the workplace. Personalities which get along and those which do not (toxic relations). In addition, we will have a discussion on how to overcome these differences by learning about the skill of versatility. There is a direct correlation between the level of versatility and the level of personal/professional productivity and workplace effectiveness.
