Affinity Plus Foundation Golf Tournament
Join golfers of all levels as they tee off at the Affinity Plus Foundation's 13th Annual Golf Tournament on Tuesday, June 24 at Prestwick Golf Course in Woodbury, Minn. Connect with members, vendors, partners, and employees of Affinity Plus while raising money for the Affinity Plus Foundation to support its mission of enhancing the quality of life in Minnesota communities through partnership in financial education, programs and support. Schedule of Events 12 p.m.Registration/Putting Contest 1 p.m. Tee Time (Shotgun Start) 6 p.m.. Dinner, Raffle, Presentation of Foundation Scholarship Winners, and Awards Registration and payment deadline is June 2. Sponsorship opportunities and packages are still available.

Sponsorship Golf Packages Ace* - $1,000 Foursome, signage on the course, gift, and dinner. Eagle* - $600 Two golfers, signage on the course, gift, and dinner. Birdie* - $400 One golfer, signage on the course, gift, and dinner. Bronze - $300 Signage on the course. Golf and Dinner Only - $175 One golfer, gift, and dinner. Dinner Only - $50 *$100 tax deduction for each golfer.
