"A Business Case for Equality" Roundtable

RBC Wealth Management, Minneapolis CEO, John Taft, will join DCR Chamber members and guests for a roundtable, “A Business Case for Equality.”

In November you will be asked to vote on a constitutional amendment that states "Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in Minnesota."  In increasingly competitive markets the ability to attract and retain the best employees demands that employers give serious consideration to ensuring equal treatment for same-sex employees.
