Thomas Poul is a highly regarded government relations attorney with three decades of public policy experience. Tom’s work in government relations includes legal and legislative representation at the Minnesota Legislature, State Agencies, and the Executive Branch support, counsel on regulatory matters, state and local government procurement assistance as well as political advice and counsel. Prior to co-founding the Poul Haas government relations law firm, Tom spent twenty- five years with Messerli Kramer.
