DESCRIPTION:Join us for a great lunch and networking. Women are invited to meet other Chamber members\, introduce their business to the group\, and answer the question of the day. Space is limited\, so reserve your spots early!\n\n\n\nThe May Luncheon will be held Southern Social in Eagan. *The $26 fee includes registration fee\, lunch\, beverages\, and gratuity. \n\n\n\nMay 2025 SPOTLIGHT SPEAKER              \n\nStephanie Elliston\, the Steady Elevation\n\n \nRecognizing Attitudes for Success: Why do some people thrive under pressure while others feel stuck in frustration? The answer lies in situational awareness and attitude two powerful forces shaping how we respond to challenges\, lead others\, and navigate everyday situations.  Through real-world examples and practical strategies\, you'll learn to recognize where you and others operate on the situational awareness spectrum and how to shift into more productive\, empowering attitudes.  The situational awareness spectrum is based off of the Energy Leadership Index Assessment. \n\n \n\nStephanie is a Certified Professional Coach and the owner of The Steady Elevation\, pairing with businesses and individuals to elevate their potential.  In addition to her coaching\, she is a self-awareness speaker\, DISC Practitioner and ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Certified. Stephanie uses her tools with the intention of advancing confidence towards the desired outcomes.
