Having been in both recruiting and business development roles\, Erin builds relationships with employers and talent to match qualified candidates into fulfilling career opportunities. As a leader\, she coaches and develops new team regarding professional etiquette\, so that they can effectively communicate in the business world.\n\n\n\nPreviously\, she worked in higher education as a career counselor at Augsburg College\, the University of St. Thomas\, and St. Catherine University. She helped students through every phase of their college development by helping students select a meaningful major\, explore career choices\, find an internship\, prepare for their job search\, and be successful in their first professional job.\n\n\n\nErin graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College. She have a passion for exploring generational differences in a variety of work settings and developing employees to become more self-aware in order to reach their full potential.
