DESCRIPTION:During the month of March the South Metro Young Professionals will be participating in Minnesota FoodShare Month partnering with Neighbors\, Inc.\n\n\n\nNeighbors is a non-profit\, social-service agency serving the Northern Dakota County communities of Inver Grove Heights\, South St. Paul\, West St. Paul\, Mendota Heights\, Mendota\, Sunfish Lake and Lilydale. Primarily through the service of volunteers\, Neighbors provides emergency assistance and supportive assistance programs.\n\n \n\nPlease check with your business to see if they are willing to have a bin placed at YOUR office for food collections during the month of March.  We would like to have RSVP's as soon as possible.  We will schedule a drop off to start the food drive and pick up the bin on March 26th.  Maybe your team can win the Grand Prize (maybe not so grand\, but it's still a prize!) for the business with the most donations.  Once collected\, we will be stocking shelves\, followed by a celebration at Buffalo Wild Wings.\n\n \n\nRSVP to Lindsey Meyer at 651.288.9200 or lmeyer@dcrchamber.com!\n\n\n\nJoin SMYPros!\n\nAre you between the ages of 20 and 40? Are you looking for new ways to enhance your skills by developing professional knowledge\, engaging in business and community events and networking with similar-aged professionals? Then the South Metro Young Professionals is the perfect group for you!  The SMYPros offers 10 professional development\, community engagement or networking events per year. \n\n \n\nAnnual participation in this group is $150 which includes all activities and events (a few special activities may be subject to additional charges).  You may attend one event as  guest for $25.  If you choose to join after attending as a guest\, the $25 will be credited towards your membership. \n\n \n\nYour business must be a member of either the Burnsville or Dakota County Regional Chambers of Commerce to participate in this group.\n\n \n\nTo learn more visit www.smypros.com.
