DESCRIPTION:During the month of March the South Metro Young Professionals will be participating in Minnesota FoodShare Month partnering with Neighbors\, Inc. Many SMYPro members are collecting food at their places of business to help support the cause. Join us at Neighbors on March 23 to help stock the shelves\, followed by a celebration at the 5-8 Club in West St. Paul.\n\n\n\nThank you the 5-8 Club!\n\n\n\n\n\nNeighbors is a non-profit\, social-service agency serving the Northern Dakota County communities of Inver Grove Heights\, South St. Paul\, West St. Paul\, Mendota Heights\, Mendota\, Sunfish Lake and Lilydale. Primarily through the service of volunteers\, Neighbors provides emergency assistance and supportive assistance programs.\n\n \n\nRSVP to Emily Corson at 651.288.9202 or ecorson@dcrchamber.com.\n\n\n\nJoin SMYPros!\n\nAre you between the ages of 20 and 40? Are you looking for new ways to enhance your skills by developing professional knowledge\, engaging in business and community events and networking with similar-aged professionals? Then the South Metro Young Professionals is the perfect group for you!  The SMYPros offers 10 professional development\, community engagement or networking events per year. \n\n \n\nAnnual participation in this group is $150 which includes all activities and events (a few special activities may be subject to additional charges).  You may attend one event as guest for $20.  If you choose to join after attending as a guest\, the $20 will be credited towards your membership. \n\n \n\nYour business must be a member of either the Burnsville or Dakota County Regional Chambers of Commerce to participate in this group.\n\n \n\nTo learn more visit www.smypros.com.
