DESCRIPTION:MNet/MTM has relocated to Mendota Heights!  Help us welcome them to the area with a Ribbon Cutting.\n\n\n\nAbout MTM/MNet:\n\nMinnesota Non-Emergency Transportation (MNET)\, operated by MTM\, arranges transportation for fee for service Medicaid members in the Metro Twin City area through a contract with the Metro County Consortium (MCC). MNET provides members with direct access to their medical appointments at clinics and urgent care facilities in lieu of using costly emergency room services. This metro program is supported by the nine counties served in partnership with MNET. Our goal is to provide appropriate\, cost effective\, and safe transportation to members at all times.\n\nMNET also provides the following services throughout the state:\n\n	A waiver program for community based services transportation\, available to waiver members through county workers.\n	Transportation for Dakota County's MFIP population\, available to covered individuals who need access to employment and training programs with the goal of getting members back into the workforce sooner.\n	Statewide level of need assessments through the Department of Human Services\, assisting the state in determining the most appropriate level of service for every member.\n	Transportation for refugee members covered by the Minnesota Department of Health who need access to pre-medical screenings and other covered appointments.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe want to thank our ribbon cutting sponsor\, Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union\, for their involvement within our local community.
