Panelists will include the new 2011 Legislative Leadership: Senate Majority Leader - Amy Koch (R-Buffalo)\; Senate Minority Leader - Tom Bakk (DFL-Cook)\; Speaker of the House - Kurt Zellers (R-Maple Grove) and House Minority Leader - Paul Thissen (DFL-Minneapolis).\n\n	\n\n	The event includes dinner and program.
