We will provide HR best practices and solutions for strategically hiring the perfect candidates for your job openings.  We will also focus on issues such as asking effective interview questions\, conducting background checks\, drug screening and medical tests\, providing the appropriate orientation and training for new employees and more!  \n\n  \n\nLed by two energetic industry professionals\, this Roundtable meets on April 25 with a continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m. and the Program to follow from 8:00-10:00. at the DCR Chamber Office.   DCR established these Roundtable discussions to provide businesses what they need to know regarding HR trends\, changes and legal requirements without having to rely on email\, twitter\, blogs and the like.  These Roundtable discussions allow for a confidential environment to share opinions\, strategies\, questions\, tactics\, etc. about how your business is operating.   If you are looking for a simple solution to sort out these complex issues\, this Roundtable is for you!
