DESCRIPTION:The Executive Roundtable Group (ERG) is a collaboration of small and middle market business owners and executives whose primary purpose is to produce better leaders and stronger companies.  They are a group that is committed to one another to provide counsel and support\, to challenge ideas and paradigms and to hold each other accountable for executing against their business plan.  It is a working group\, not a social or networking group.
