Coffee Breaks are established to casually network while gathering in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. \n\n \n\nAbout Farmington Health Services - Trinity Campus:\n\nTrinity is a senior campus that provides services to those that need Long Term Care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. They also provide short term rehabilitation through Big Stone Therapies. Big Stone Therapies provides both internal and outpatient rehab services\, such as physical\, occupational and speech therapy. Trinity Terrace is their Independent or Assisted Living Facility. In 2012 they opened Trinity Suites\, their specialized Memory Care Home. Currently\, the campus is undergoing and expansion to add 20 beds.
