Secretary Duncan is widely respected for his leadership in ensuring that all students have access to the education needed to succeed in a worldwide economy.\n\n	\n\n	Following Secretary Duncan's keynote address\, a statewide panel of business leaders will respond by sharing their views as well as suggestions on how reform can be achieved.
