DESCRIPTION:Come out and join us for a great day of golf with friends and associates at Mendakota Country Club\, one of the premier\, private golf clubs in our area.\n\n\n\nMonday\, June 15\, 2015\n\nMendakota Country Club- 2075 Mendakota Drive\, Mendota Heights \n\nRegistration will begin at 10:00am with a Shotgun start at Noon!\n\n*This is a rain or shine tournament.\n\nTournament Fees\n\nEarly Bird Special- $160 per person through April 30\n\nPlayer Fee- $170 per person beginning May 1\n\nIncludes: Lunch\, Dinner\, Green Fees\, Cart\, Awards\, and Contest Prizes\n\nNon-Golfing Guests Welcome!\n\nGuest Lunch Ticket: $25 per person (lunch served at 11:00am)\n\nGuest Dinner Ticket: $50 per person (dinner served at 5:30pm)\n\n\n\nSuper Package\n\nIncludes: 1 Mulligan\, 2 Poker Cards\, 2 Drink Tickets = $40 per package\n\nPlease fill out this form and return to DCR Chamber to register!\n\n\n\nSchedule\n\n10:00am - Registration\n\n11:00am - Lunch\n\n12:00pm - Shot Gun\n\n5:30pm - Dinner\n\n\n\nSilent Auction\n\nEach year\, the donations we receive and our sponsor's generosity makes this day possible. We will also gladly pick up your donation\, or it can be mailed to us.\n\n\n\nWine & Beer Pull\n\nA Wine and Beer Pull is being offered throughout the Golf Classic with the proceeds benefiting the DCR Charitable Foundation. We are requesting your participation by asking your organization to make a wine or beer donation valued at $10.00 and above. Click here for more information.
