Registration remains open through lunch.\n\n \n\n9:30 a.m. Optional Preliminary Session: Lobby 101: How to be the most effective advocate for your issues\n\nThis breakout session has become very popular over the past two years\, so we are opening it up to all attendees who might be interested in a little refresher course before heading up to talk with legislators. \n\nBill Blazar\, senior vice president\, public affairs & business development\, Minnesota Chamber of Commerce\n\n \n\n10:30 a.m. Welcome & Key Messages for 2014 Business Priorities\n\nAttendees will receive written materials outlining each priority.\n\n \n\n11:00 a.m. Business Keynote Address\n\nMark Larson\, president\, Digi-Key Corporation\n\n \n\n11:30 a.m. Lunch\n\n \n\n12:00 p.m. Luncheon Keynote (Governor Mark Dayton has been invited to speak)\n\n \n\n12:45 p.m. Board buses to the Capitol\n\nNo need to worry about where to park around the Capitol! Transportation to and from the Capitol is offered to all guests. Simply board the bus immediately after lunch and be dropped off in front of the Capitol steps in time for your pre-arranged appointments.\n\n \n\n1:15 - 3:45 p.m. Appointments with Legislators\n\nThe Minnesota Chamber staff works hard to ensure appointments for attendees with as many legislators as possible on this day. Pre-set appointment cards will be handed out at registration based on participant requests when reservation is made.\n\n\n\n3:45 p.m. Buses return to the Crown Plaza\n\nBuses will pick up where they dropped off earlier in the afternoon. A 10-minute trip will bring you back to the Crowne Plaza Hotel.\n\n \n\n4:00 - 5:30 p.m. Networking Reception\n\nWe want to know how your day of lobbying went\, so stay for a refreshment and some camaraderie while sharing your success story of the day.
