CNH ARCHITECTS IN APPLE VALLEY HIRES AWARD WINNING ARCHITECT
Jeremy Woitaszewski helped design Hennepin Clinic and Specialty Center (formerly HCMC), HealthPartners Neuroscience building and Fort Snelling scout facility
The newest member of the CNH Architects team in Apple Valley, Jeremy Woitaszewski, brings solid experience in office and medical buildings and other large projects, and a passion to see projects through from design to completion.
“It’s having my mitts on the project from beginning to end, being able to interact with the client . . . to see their dreams come true and have everything they imagined put into their spaces,” said Woitaszewski. “That’s what gets me up in the morning.”
“Jeremy stood out as a great fit for our firm with both design creativity and his focus on serving our clients’ needs from first sketch to final occupancy,” said CNH Architects Principal Quinn Hutson.
Woitaszewski previously served other Twin Cities firms as a senior project architectural designer, designer-project architect a design leader-project architect. Working with groups and internal project teams, he built strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
One of his projects, the Hennepin Clinic and Specialty Center in Minneapolis, was named in the Star Tribune’s recent report- “10 projects that will change the look of the Twin Cities.” The architect also won first place honors in the Iowa Holocaust Survivors Monument Competition for a structure constructed on that state’s Capitol grounds. Licensed in Minnesota and Nebraska, he is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
Woitaszewski is a Cum Laude graduate of Iowa State University, where he earned his professional Bachelor of Architecture degree. He earlier earned an associate of applied science degree in architectural drafting technology from Southeast Community College in Lincoln, Neb.
A native of Grand Island, Neb., he first started drafting designs in his teen years, laying out houses for his father’s framing business. He worked in carpentry as a framer, as well.
Woitaszewski is married, and his family makes their home in Apple Valley, Minn.
