Overall Purpose: Provides assistance to Store Manager in daily operation of a retail store. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Assist's Store Manager in daily operation of a retail store including execution of sales, service and customer experience initiatives. Under the direction of the Store Manager, schedule employees, maintain inventories, conduct physical inventories, maintain store appearance and complete day-to-day paperwork as directed. Education: Bachelors degree preferred. Experience: 1 to 3 years retail, customer facing, sales experience preferred. Supervisory: No.
