Good Day Dakota County: The Vision for Viking Lakes October 2018

Our October Good Day Dakota County keynote program speakers will be Lester Bagley from the Minnesota Vikings, and John McCarthy from Newmark Knight Frank, representing Viking Lakes. Viking Lakes is a bold, mixed-use development integrating over 3 million square feet of corporate offices, residential, medical, retail, multi-family housing, and a hotel and conference facility to create a vibrant urban community in a world-class setting. The vision for Viking Lakes is to develop unique amenities for tenants, residents, guests, and sports fans and establish both an international destination and a community asset. McCarthy and Bagley will discuss the latest announcement for a Scandinavian-themed, four-star hotel and conference center as part of the 200-acre development in Eagan.
