Culturally Responsive Customer Service
Those in customer service, deal with many people every day. Hence, being aware of cultural diversity and implicit bias is a must, and it’s even more important in higher education since customers (students, staff, and faculty) can come from all walks of life. This workshop will explore the unique culture of customer service and introduce staff to the importance of knowing when to pause, slow down, and be more mindful in decision making and relating to others (or those that you perceive to be “the other”).
