PI Index Assessment and Review: Work Smarter, Not Harder
Speaker: Mary Rose Iten, PI Consultant, PI Midwest/Worldwide
We are thrilled to announce that this year's conference will feature the opportunity for every attendee to take an assessment and learn about their results from an industry leader.
We've all heard, "Work smarter, not harder". And yet that leaves a lot of questions as we are not all the same. What does that mean to you? What motivates you? What are your natural behaviors? What do you need in your work environment to stay engaged? We will use the Predictive Index to explore your work personality - how that translates to positive results and provide clarity to those situations you find more challenging.
Mary Rose Iten has been associated with Predictive Index® since 2000. Mary Rose has over 20 years of banking/lending experience which provides her with a strong analytic foundation to get behind the story of a company's financial performance. In addition, her extensive background in training and development gives her insight into employee performance. This combined perspective allows Mary Rose to have an edge in solving business issues for her clients.
